Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity certificates are included.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of your return parcel.

  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
